How the class was picked
Numbers, not opinions. Notes (kind 1) from 29 Oct – 5 Nov 2026, read from public relays (relay.damus.io, nos.lol, relay.primal.net, relay.snort.social, nostr-pub.wellorder.net, nostr.wine, offchain.pub, nostr.mom) and deduplicated by id.
- Who: accounts seen posting in at least 3 of 42 sampled 20-minute windows, then downloaded in full; 320 had at least 10 notes. The 80 with the most notes after the filters below make the class (minimum 28 notes).
- Required: at least 10 notes in the week and a Nostr profile (kind 0) with a name.
- Excluded as bots: 68 with bot, feed, news or rss in the name; 7 above 200 notes a day; 51 posting near-identical notes (same text in 30% or more of notes, or fewer than half of the notes unique); 0 posting mostly bare links. Also dropped: 0 with explicit or hateful wording in the profile, 114 without a profile name.
- Grades: ten subjects, 1 to 10, exactly the thresholds of the personal card. The average is the plain mean of the subjects that apply (Zaps needs at least one zap, Reply speed at least three replies with a known parent). One difference: Night conduct counts 00:00-04:59 UTC here, local time on the personal card.
- Reactions and zaps (kind 7 and 9735): counted from what the relays returned for these accounts, excluding self-reactions. Reply speed uses up to 30 replies per account whose parent note was found. Unsigned data is not verified.
- Ties are broken by reactions per note. Names and avatars come from each profile. 132,058 notes were downloaded for the candidates; 21,710 belong to the class.
Fun grades on public posting habits; relays do not keep everything, so counts can be lower than the truth. Not a judgment of anyone. If you want out of the table, tell Lira and the next edition will skip you.
