Collabrun — TikTok Shop affiliate invites on autopilot · Show HN
- The best idea on the page is the example where the creator who sold the most made a loss once every cost came out. That one sentence explains why "profit, not GMV" matters better than any feature list.
- Both money examples are labelled as illustrations, not real shop data. Honest, but it means a seller paying $100 a month sees no evidence from a single real shop.
- Pricing is "$100 a shop a month, 75% off the list price of $399.99" for a product that has just launched. A list price nobody has paid yet reads as an anchor, and it makes the real price feel less trustworthy, not cheaper.
- The page is long and complete (search, invites, sample scoring, dashboards), but the risk a seller worries about — invites going out in my shop's name without me — is answered only implicitly ("pause a campaign at any time").
- First fix: drop the list price and show "$100/shop/month, 30 days free, no card", then add one real (anonymised, with permission) creator-profit table from a trial shop, and a line saying exactly what Collabrun sends on your behalf and how you review it.
